About the company
Oriental Flavors & Fragrance develops and produces powder and liquid flavours, seasoning mixes, spices and sauce recipes, serving food factories in Egypt and export markets.
How it started
بدأت الشركة بإنتاج مكسبات الطعم الداخلة في تصنيع الشيبسي والمقرمشات، ثم توسّعت إلى اللحوم المصنعة والأجبان، وأنشأت قطاع المكسبات السائلة للعصائر والمشروبات والبسكويت والحلويات، وأكملت موارد البحث والتطوير لخلطات التوابل والنكهات والصوصات — كل ذلك في منشأة واحدة، بطاقة خلط بودر نظرية تصل إلى 124 طنًا في اليوم.
Today we work on three fronts: developing a formulation that fits the customer’s product, producing with consistent quality, and supplying on time with a clear spec sheet for every product.

From the factory floor and the lab
Four in-plant laboratories with advanced equipment — Agilent LC-MS/MS and GC-MS to detect adulteration and banned dyes, Anton Paar for refractive index and density, and a full microbiology lab — with analysis of every sample before it ships.
